Workshops
Nobody grows alone
Formats
In the workshops the work happens in a group, and the group helps processes mature that would take longer on your own.
- (Re)Introduction to Meditation
- Four weekly two-hour sessions, online or in person. It is designed for those who want to start with structure and for those looking to practise in a group. It also suits people who already practise and want to give shape to a scattered practice. The sessions aim to reveal something to each person about themselves and their experience, and to give them momentum to follow their own path. A follow-up for those who complete it is planned for later.
- The Mature Masculine
- A workshop on male maturity, based on the book King, Warrior, Magician, Lover, by Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette, and the tale The Knight in Rusty Armor, by Robert Fisher. The archetypes and the knight's path work as a mirror, and each participant works on what they recognise of themselves in them.
- Self-Defence Essentials
- Half a day of work on the vital components of self-defence: stress response, de-escalating conflict and basic defence techniques.
- Meditation without mysticism
- A single session for those interested in meditative practice but uncomfortable with devotional language. What the research shows, what it does not, and practice without spiritual vocabulary.
- Wing Chun: Applied Sensitivity
- An intensive that carries Chi Sao work over to reading conflict and relational dynamics.
- Price
- Varies with format and length. As a reference, a 3 to 4 hour session costs €20 per participant.
