Prasangika Matters

I am on a path of searching myself, with no beginning and no end, to better understand consciousness and reality and to explore the subtle dimensions of human experience.

I am passionate about humanity and the cosmos. I study philosophy, spirituality, occultism and esotericism, from neurobiology to comparative mythology, always with my feet firmly on the ground. I think a lot about the image of the tree: we need deep roots and a strong trunk to have a dense crown and receive the light fully.

I try to bring what I learn into practice with the people I work with, adapted to each person's situation. I believe compassionate attention, towards ourselves and towards others, is the basis of the process of transmutation, and that we are all looking for a greater meaning that unites us.

My own work

I try to cultivate presence and care with everyone around me, in and out of sessions. I often use the Buddhist dedication “may this practice benefit all beings”, and that is the intention I work with.

I also do my own work. Meditation has been with me for more than 10 years, with regular retreats, and it is the practice everything else rests on.

I am in personal therapy, and my work with clients is supervised.

Alongside this work

I trained as a computer engineer. I have worked with data since 2015 and today I lead a data team.

It is work that takes me to more mental and abstract planes. It has also developed my sensitivity to relationships between people and my ability to motivate groups and help them create value together.

I live in these two worlds and do not want to force one onto the other. I try to bridge them, to align Heaven and Earth. Hence the name Reconnect Project.
