Deciding with clarity under pressure
I work with teams on attention, trust and response under pressure. I use Wing Chun and meditation practices adapted to the professional setting, and I design each intervention with the company, based on the team's needs.
I know this setting from the inside. I have led a company's data department for several years, where I still get my hands into the technical work and organise alignment sessions with the leadership to bring communication closer and build trust. I see leadership above all as looking after the conditions people work in, and that is the spirit in which I bring these practices to teams.
Formats
- Wing Chun for teams
- Principles of rootedness, structure and response under pressure, applied to negotiation and conflict management. The work is done in pairs and with contact. It builds trust and sensitivity to the other person, and makes each person's reaction patterns visible in a setting without real consequences.
- Attention and regulation in a professional setting
- Practices for nervous system regulation and clear decision-making, adapted to teams and work routines.
Each intervention is designed with whoever commissions it, after understanding the team's needs. It can include weekly or fortnightly sessions of adapted Wing Chun or meditation, workshops and other formats.

I lead the data department of a regulated financial platform. I started as a data scientist in fraud prevention and joined this company in 2018 as a data engineer. In 2021 I began leading a team of four and, later, the whole department, which today has twenty-five people. I know from the inside what weighs on a team under pressure: communication that does not reach those who need it, difficulty trusting, conflicts left unresolved and decisions made from stress.
I see my role as creating the conditions for the team to work well. I still get my hands into the technical work often, because that is where I keep learning and where I decide best.
I also work beyond data. I have organised alignment sessions with the company's leadership, to build trust and bring communication between people closer. The most recent brought together about twenty people, including the CEO, and was prepared with an individual interview with each of them.
The practices I bring train attention and response under pressure. They help each person notice their own discomfort and decide based on the information they have.
